Be good in here.
A few short rules for a place where being interesting beats being hot. They are part of the Terms, but you should not need a lawyer to read them.
Last updated 2 October 2026
1The deal
Flirk works because everyone in it made an effort. You cannot like someone here; you have to say something. That one rule does most of the work: it keeps out the people who would spray a hundred hearts and puts a bit of thought into every request you receive. The rest of these rules protect the same thing: a place where you can be a little bold because everyone else is being a little decent.
2Be the real you
- Your portrait is painted from a live selfie of your face. No gallery, no filters, no friend, no celebrity. If you retake it, it is a live selfie again.
- The photos in your vault are of you. Not scenery, not food, not your friends: just you.
- Your first name, your age and your city are true. Your date of birth and gender are locked after signup for exactly this reason.
- One person, one account. Pretending to be someone else, or someone you are not, can end your account.
3Say something good
An opener is a reaction to one tile of someone’s World: a card they picked, a line they wrote, a side they took. Wit is the point. Write it for them, not at them.
Copy-pasting the same opener to everyone is spam, and people can tell.
4No means no
- A Pass is a no. It is silent, and it does not want a second attempt from a new angle.
- Nobody owes you a reply, a photo, a number or a meeting. Asking once is flirting. Asking again after a no is harassment.
- Do not ask anyone to unlock their vault. If they want you to see it, they will show you.
- No sexual content at someone who did not ask for it. No slurs, no hate about who someone is or who they love or where they come from, no threats, ever.
- If someone makes you uncomfortable, you do not have to explain. Block. They are not told.
5Keep money out of it
Never ask anyone on Flirk for money, and never send any to someone you have not met, whatever the story: the emergency, the investment tip, the gift card, the customs fee. Nobody sells anything here either, not a service, not a product, not an OnlyFans, not a crypto group. Money talk from a stranger is a Fake profile or scam report, and confirmed scams are a permanent ban.
6Nobody under 18. Ever.
Flirk is for adults. We refuse anyone under 18 at signup, and anyone who got in by lying about their age is removed as soon as we know. Anything sexual involving a minor, in words, pictures or intent, ends the account instantly, is preserved as evidence and is reported to the authorities. If you think someone here is under 18, report them and choose Under 18, or write to us. Our full child safety standards are published on their own page, and as §9 of the Terms.
7Their stuff is theirs
- Sharing your own number, handle or address to take things off the app is your call. Sharing someone else’s is not. Posting another person’s details, photos or private messages anywhere, on or off Flirk, can get you banned.
- What someone showed you, they showed you. Do not screenshot it, save it or pass it on.
- A photo someone unlocked for you stays in Flirk. It does not go to your friends, your group chat or the internet.
8Why the chat has no photos
Flirk chats have no photos of your own, no voice notes and no clickable links. That is not a missing feature; it is the point. No photos means nobody can send you one you did not ask for. No links means nobody can send you to a scam. If you want someone to see a real photo of you, that is what the vault is for, on your terms.
9The vault
Your hidden photos are yours to show to the people you choose, and to hide again whenever you like. Blocking someone locks them out. Explicit content is banned everywhere on Flirk, including the vault: this is a flirting app, not an adult one.
10Report, block, and what happens next
Both live in the three-dot menu, on any World, in any chat or game, and on any request. Block protects you; Report protects everyone else.
- Pick the reason that fits best and add a note; it helps. Anything that does not fit reaches us by email.
- You do not need to take screenshots: your report includes what you were looking at.
- The person you report is not told who reported them. You can follow your report in the app, but we do not share the outcome in detail, so that nobody comes looking.
- Reporting offers Block, and blocking offers Report. Use both if you need to.
11If you break these
Depending on what happened, we may remove content, limit what you can do, suspend your account, or ban you permanently. Anything involving a minor, credible threats of violence, and confirmed scams or impersonation go straight to a permanent ban. Credits are not refunded for a suspension or a ban, and deleting your account does not wipe the slate.
If you think we got it wrong, write to the grievance officer at grievances@letsflirk.com. A person reads that too.
